Kitesurf
The province of trapani offers many ideas for water and subwater sports lovers.
Here you’ll see some of the interest places for kitesurf, windsurf, subwater fishing spots etc. That can be found at a few km from our structure.
Stagnone Lagoon: it’s found about 20 minutes from the structure and represents the ideal place for who wants to learn the discipline of kite and windsurf. The low and calm waters of the lagoon make it one of the safest places in the world to start this learning course. In 2013 the Stagnone was choosen as the test place for the world freestyle circuit PKRA.
In Marsala by lido Zeling, at about 1 km from our structure, you’ll find the kitesurf enter and exit spot authorized by the administration.

Concept of kite Tour
Who practices kite surely have heard of the location in Marsala. Some people call it the Kite Stagnone or Stagnone Kitesurf ; any way you want to call it this is one of the best locations to practice kite!
Kite tour is a kitesurf school with its base in Marsala in the splendid corner of the stagnone in the province of trapani. The kitesurf school offers courses for all levels , from beginners to advanced kite sessions with IKO certified instructors.
The center also offers courses AITC ITC, IKO.
The teaching techniques follow all the IKO standards (international kiteboarding organization) alternating theory lessons (with video support) to practice.
In this way the instructor will make you obtain good results ina few hours, staying always close to you. During every lesson the school will provide the suits and equipment needed. At the end of the course you’ll receive an IKO card that certifies worldwide your skill level.
Tutsu at this point we at KTS have decided to use our experience at IKO, the most extended organization for kitesurfing and kiteboarding in the whole world

CAPO FETO
Capo Feto is a humid protected area that is about 10km from the structure, formed by splendid sandy dunes and a vast beach. Clear water, calm and a tense wind for all the summer make this place a true gym for kytesurfing. Mixed depths by sand and stones with dryes about 50cm deep can give a sense of safety to the kiter and make this part of the sea very similar to exotic locations.
PETROSINO
It’s a small town at about 2 km from our structure. The sandy side with some parts of rocks is really populated by expert kiters and windsurfers. Discovered some years ago by the kitesurfers of the province, this seaside close to the Lungomare biscione is very favorable for this sport, for the exposition of various wind quadrants, for the depths and the waves fromed in it. Plus it’s a very reccomended place by the passionate fishers that can find very rich depths, a few of the best in all the mediterrian sea. Egadi islands: reachable from marsala port in about 20 minutes by hydrofoil, the egadi arcipelago, a few miles away from the western sicilian coast, is made by the three major islands of favignana, Marettimo and Levanzo, while Formica and Maraone are considered just a bit bigger than rocks. All this zone is inside the natural marine reserve of the egadi islands, the biggest protected water area in europe, dedicated to the safety of an untouched ecosystem. A wonderful plac, where the beauty of the landscapes and natural sceneries has only grown from the presence and concentration of flora and fauna, wich is totally exceptional, and that makes the zone not only the goal of many tourists, but also for reserachers and passionate naturalists, and people who love to dive and catch fishes. Marettimo isn’t only the most western of all the the egadi arcipelago, but even the most wild and mountainous, it’s geographic isolation made it a true sanctuary that keeps all the originary meditarranean flora, that counts more than 500 various botanic species, and favoured the development of endemic plants for the joy of the excursionists and trekking lovers. Their splendid coasts, an alternation of cliffs, coves, creeks and caves (about 400 between land caves and underwater caves) make an unmissable date for the lovers of immersions and snorkeling. The presence of services, organized tours and renting centers will let you discover the wonders of this island, both on land and sea.
FAVIGNANA
Not only is favignana the biggest by extension, it’s also the main city of the arcipelago. Favoured by a spiral of hot western winds of the favonius, wich inspires the island’s name, it also boasts a good climate condition all year long, but it shows it’s true beauty on summer, when its wonderful beaches are the goal of every tourist from all around the world. Coves and small beaches are open around all the coasts of the island, prevalently rocky and jagged, where there’s usually the presence of cavities and caves. Scooter and bikes are the reccomended means to move inside the island: they let you reach easily all the areas and enjoy extraodinary natural landscapes.
LEVANZO
It’s the smallest among the egadi islands. In the small living place in front of the sea, without any roads and surrounded by a wild and sour nature, you can live atmospheres and rhythms from other times. Cala dogana, close to the port, is a picturesque village of fishermen made by white houses, placed on a part of rocky coast. A fairytale place dominated by colors and by nature’s sounds, perfect for who wants to take a break from the rest of the world for a few days.
